If you are just getting started with building a website this is a really nice tutorial on things to think about and do when you first decide to create a website. It starts with the basics and then moves on. It is not an indepth technical manual but a well written guide about things you need to look at and think about when you are just starting out.
At the end of the tutorial there is a contact form you can use if you have more questions and I am sure that Howard would be more then happy to give you some further tips if you needed them.
